Absolutely horrible. We spent over $1600 on a piece of furniture that was delivered damaged. They said it would be replaced and keep the original until the new one comes. The replacement was worse! So they ordered another and told us it would be delivered by the end of April. We didn't hear anything so we called today only to find out that they CLOSED PERMANENTLY!! DO NOT SHOP HERE. Previously branded as IO Metro; several complaints are filed with the BBB. Ordered a custom sectional and waited 3 months. The company they contracted for delivery was terrible to work with. I had to have someone take off work to meet then at my house. When I came home, I noticed immediately that the fabric was different from the swatch provided in store. This store is amazing. My husband and I have purchased a few items over the last year or so: a dining hutch, concrete table, mirror, and most recently some dining chairs. The quality has been phenomenal. We've had the pleasure of working with Robert each time when visiting the store. He is the BEST!! Would highly recommend this furniture and Robert to anyone.
