I had tried to do my payroll myself for part of last year. What a bad idea that turned out to be. After a few months and a huge mess I had ERC Payroll take over and it has been great since then. Stephanie and Crystal do a great job of taking care of me and my employees. They even gave me advice on how to submit all the forms I needed for the part of the year where I had done payroll myself. They are experts at what they do and from here on I will do what I do and let ERC take care of my payroll.
Stephanie (who has been with ERC over 20 years) is one of the kindest most professional people I've ever worked with. Great customer service! Highly recommended!
