I love the ladies I work with in this office! Even when people come in and are automatically a problem waiting to happen. They are professional and capable. The patience I have seen exhibited by our ladies in motor vehicle is really unmatched. The number of times they have to deal with angry people that do not understand the state requirements or when the computers go down is really astounding. Our ladies are rockstars
Just came here thru the drive thru with my wife to renew her vehicle registration. They were extremely rude right away. Took my wife's phone for proof of insurance, and just walked away with it. Asked my wife 3 separate times if the address is correct. Took her debit card, for some reason needed both her phone number and her pin, both of which they wrote down, then walked away with them. They spent all this taxpayer money on this building, but they cant put one charge machine at the drive thru windows? My next vote will be f... read more
