I love the ladies I work with in this office! Even when people come in and are automatically a problem waiting to happen. They are professional and capable. The patience I have seen exhibited by our ladies in motor vehicle is really unmatched. The number of times they have to deal with angry people that do not understand the state requirements or when the computers go down is really astounding. Our ladies are rockstars
Just came here thru the drive thru with my wife to renew her vehicle registration. They were extremely rude right away. Took my wife's phone for proof of insurance, and just walked away with it. Asked my wife 3 separate times if the address is correct. Took her debit card, for some reason needed both her phone number and her pin, both of which they wrote down, then walked away with them. They spent all this taxpayer money on this building, but they cant put one charge machine at the drive thru windows? My next vote will be f... read more
Pic is not the same location. Found the right spot and everyone was friendly. Service was quick.
Went to get my plates today and the lady that was helping not only got what I need but I required coins (.50) to make it easier on us both as i am handicap at the time. She paid .50 for me. She is a great person! Good people work there.
The team at this Tax Office was absolutely amazing. Everyone I spoke with was professional, kind, and willing to go the extra mile to help me. They took the time to look into my situation, made calls, and made sure everything got resolved smoothly. It’s rare to find such helpful and patient people these days.
