I used to like this place. First when I called in and said about my rear tire not sitting right in my drop outs, I was told cheaper model bikes tend to do that overtime. Cheap? My bike is not cheap, but thanks. Then when I picked it up the rear tire was seated right, but when I got home I seen the chain rubbed and my rear disc brake was wobbling side to side. Craig, let's be honest here....you asked for a spoke replacement on your wheel, which we did. We recommended that perhaps you want a full front to rear service in order to go over the drivetrain, brakes, steering, clean and lube but you did not want to pay for a tune up and only wanted the spoke replacement. Now you are not happy with work you did not want to pay for and of course we did not do.
