I gave them a 1 star only because the driver was nice enough to help my dad get in and out of the van and help load and unload the suit cases other than that had such a TERRIBLE experience no customer service skills whatsoever. I’ll let the pictures and messages speak for themselves. I was told that I would get a trailer for all the suit cases apparently NOT. Rented a limo for my 5 year old girls dad daughter dance. The day of my card was charged with tip included (which is fine) however the time the limo was supposed to show up and surprise her they never showed up. Called the driver and owner. Driver said they will be there at 6:30. Owner said they wouldn’t be there because the driver went to the wrong location over 40 minutes away.
