Great Customer Service What great customer service. This is why I like dealing with small local businesses instead of the big stores. I was having trouble with the remote control on my propane fireplace. The owner of the local company I had been doing business with for the past 10 years retired. I call ER Energy and they stepped me through the trouble shooting process for about 20 minutes. The problem was solved without a service call. The result is that they have a customer for life.
