Absolutely the worst. Zero customer service. No one to speak with, have to go through Chat and maybe 1 out of 10 questions will get answered. Hope Morgan Stanley can fix them. Firing the top management would be a great start.
I'm not sure why they have a phone number nobody answers and they don't call you back
Customer service incredibly weak. Expected more, disappointed.
