I am not writing this review because I am angry and want to put a bad review, I am writing to help people not to spend many thousands of dollars in an overpriced apartment. It's a nice place to live if you like the smell of dog urine. I am a dog-lover and I have a dog and that was the reason I went to this place, and they charge a lot to live there and you expect it to be clean. i love this place my old room was three times as big as the 2nd bedroom in skycrest but i love my this room more then i did my old one. every one that works here is so helpful.
If you dont mind recieving notices on your door that there has been mulitple armed robberies and if you come across this too give up your valuables and wait to call the police. That is insane for them not too have security patroling the area if there has been multiple robberies. I guess these waiting for someone to get shoot. Ohh wait they already have. Will you be next? There apartment have mold in them and that's mostly because of the moisture getting in thru the windows. When I contacted the office about it they just told me to clean and to keep rags on the window tracks!! And when you try to move out they make it hell... Let's not forget about the shootings...
Moved in here in Feb and they promised us a quiet living situation. In mid spring they started massive renovations, there is jack-hammering, bull-dozers, construction workers at ever corner, painting, noise, dust, etc. It is awful. It isn't quiet, relaxing or anything. The managers are terrible. They lie every chance they get. They won't move us out during this massive construction, and when I asked them to, they told me to "get out". They are being completely unreasonable and non of them live on site, so they have no idea h... read more
