Run away! This is the WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX. Cockroaches crawling all over the kitchen. Air conditioning breaks bi-monthly and they don’t ever *really* fix it. They once hired a tenant as a “security guard.” Creepiest guy ever, would walk around with a flash light and curse out the other tenants. Manager Jessica and her assistant Myra have been truly making a big impact at 88 Hillside Apartment since their arrival last year with their caring and enthusiastic attitude towards the residents here! Albeit many of the residents here would agree that their management style is a vast improvement as compared to the previous two managers. They have spruce up the building/premises quite a bit which was somewhat neglected in the past. I can say that as far as bugs go, I've barely seen any. Though, I've seen two centipedes, and.. gross.. Bugs are everywhere, though. If you can handle dumb management, RPM management (cambridge park apartments) is perfect for you
I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of professionalism and lack of concern from the management here. The thick black soot that accumulates from the highway pollution is disgusting. One can only imagine the effects this alone has on the health of tenants who live here for years at a time. What you will find here is a very typical case of faceless and unorganized corporate greed. Skyline Towers is the worst place we ever lived in. The management is rude, unprofessional, don’t want to deal with any issues and the building has many issues. They have the invasion of cockroaches and mice, falling ceiling, broken appliances which you have to wait for months to be fixed, the dirt everywhere, garage doors are always broken, zero security, plus Laura Lambert who will abuse you like you never been abused before and on top of that you will be charged 250$ additional fees no matter you paid in time or not. We lived there for 3 years and loved it it was really nice and clean and great management. Really close to a freeway.
Steven and the whole crew are great. This is a very clean and secure facility. I would recommend this complex to anyone that wants a quiet and clean place to live. The units are GREAT and very comfortable.
They intentionally rented a Apartment that was marked unrentable due to master bathroom had roots grown through pipes for 4 years! After I told them they said I was lying to get out of rent, and even after my body busted out with infection they laugh said I'm gay so must be Aids and called police saying I assaulted them? Cops were smarter than that and took my side as I couldn't walk just hop and they were intentionally falsely trying to create a back history for court!
