On 5/5/2024 I noticed the money had not been taken from my bank account so I was called EPM to get clarification on why. they said it was my bank it should show in a few days. called my bank EPM never even requested the funds yet gave me a payment confirmation. its now 5/10 and I get a late payment notice. this is the most unprofessional, borderline just rinky dink loan servicer I’ve ever had.
