I think they need more homemakers. The homemaker I have is not really able to do the things I require. I also would like the four hours I am allowed on the same day. She tires very easily and not in the best condition herself. With that being said she is very friendly. But she takes no intuition to do things unless asked.
Poor service especially when it comes to helping people with disabilities I had a stroke and I have been without care for a month they gave the runaround to my daughter and at the same time they could have helped her.....within hours I have newcare set up its was so easy but in stead they would not help....if I could give a negative review I would but I cant....I would like to say that the only person that was helpful was Ana a nurse
Quality care
Poor service with bad personality of worker. Hourly they paid less comparing to other facilities. There are many other companies pay better than here. There is one agency in maplewood who pay really good than here()..
