Excellent customer service. Staff is attentive and helpful.
A lot I like about the bank but, this low review is because I have been waiting a whole month to get my renewed debit card. Called twice, first time the card was just never sent, second time I’m starting to think it was again never sent. Beyond frustrated and about to close my account and bank elsewhere.
The people are always friendly and helpful. Loan officer was very thorough and friendly.
I called the loan officer there and gave him my name and told him that we were interested in buying a restaurant, before I could get out the name of the restaurant he gave at least 4 reasons why they would not even consider giving us a loan. Norton ks is still racist and that is sad. Somethings never change.
