I enrolled in a checking account because of their “Fresh” promotion. Met all the requirements to receive the $300 and they keep giving me the run around on when I’ll get it. I thought I would leave Central National Bank because I liked how Equity had a location on Santa Fe and I didn’t like just having Walmart or Ohio street for Central National Bank. Was told I would get it 45 days after opening my account on 5/31/25. Still nothing. The employees I’ve talked to have all been nice but I don’t like being lied to.

The staff is amazing!
I enjoy coming to the this bank. The staff is very friendly and well versed and knowledgeable on any issues I may have. Every time I’m there feels like I know them and I’m always greeted with a smile and hello. Keep up the amazing good!! One of the best group of people I know.
We have Business account,so I deal with them on a daily basis they're always fast and friendly get me in and out so I can get back to work. They are very kind and really care about their customers.
