Very rude bank tellers. Most everyone in that place acted like they are better than everyone else. I don’t bank with these people I simply needed a checked cash from my boss who does have an account with them and they were just hateful.
I called to ask a very important question an shanda hung up on me 2 times. Spoke with Amanda after she was very nice an understanding got me to the manager. Who called me bank right away. An then also understood my concern an apologized. Those two girls i can't remember manages name, if i could give 5 stars to just them i would.
Been with them for 30 years. Always get friendly, knowledgeable service.
