The bank manager Bridget, was very unpleasant to deal with over the phone on regards to my late father's estate and with legal documents in my hand at their office. She was trying to say they have to go through their legal process before she would allow me to close his account. I am however grateful for Mrs Escobar, she was able to make things happen and helped close my father's account.
I have had an account with this bank since it was Community First Bank. I guess they changed the name because they don't care about people in the community anymore. My account was in the negative $76 for 30 days because I had a major surgery and couldn't work so they just closed it. My check can't be deposited and it's in limbo. I've been with them and had that account for over 14 years. Stay away from them. Save yourself the headache and go to Arvest or CS Bank.
