This is not so much for the bank as it is for the person!! Landon went above and beyond to help me get my title from out of state. I had been working with a few other branches that drug their feet. One call to this location and I had it in weeks vs waiting months with no results from other branches. This banking system in other locations no longer has the small town customer service (or any customer service) that it once had.
Very good bank, Landon and the younger girl with the Glasses are very good and damn quick
As soon as my checks get low I am switching banks !!! Tired of their ATM not working. It should be zero stars.
If I could give zero stars I would. The customer service of this bank is awful. They don't help their customers understand how to resolve issues. They only care about making as much money in fees as they can. If you want a bank that actually cares about you as a person, is helpful and doesn't just see $$$ when you walk in the door, DO NOT bank with Equity. I never will under any circumstance
Verry poor coustomer servus did not even try to help me so I went to legacy way better employees and accounts
