One of the busiest banks around yet they manage to go above and beyond for their customers! Bank teller Angelica is so sweet and helpful!
I use the Equity in Windsor, Mo. I have always had good service and Angelica S. helped me the other day, caught my mistake, for my benefit. Great customer service.
Loved it when it used to be ‘First Community Bank’. Used to be Consistently great service regardless of what branch I went to. Now it’s the polar opposite, sometime I get the snoody gal, I went to a different branch and the person was completely clueless, didn’t even know FDIC insurance. Every time I go they are completely clueless, sometimes with a touch of attitude.
