Honestly i used to love this bank, and all the perks that came with it, but the Warrensburg location specifically as a whole has let me down significantly. Their customer service is terrible, they had me run around calling all these branches to fix a problem, when they already decided they weren’t gonna fix it. Their branch manager is on vacation, out of office or whatever every time i call, with NO replacement, sub manager, NOTHING…. Very inconvenient.. Not worth wasting your time.
