Ellis State Bank This branch of Ellis State Bank is conveniently located off of 27th Street in Hays next to Northridge Plaza and Cerv's convenience store - a busy stop! I just discovered this branch of the bank I have gone to for over 25 years and find it clean, pleasant people work there, and it is convenient for me to go in and cash checks! I'm really glad they put itin Hays and that I found it!
