Not a good bank. There are many better banks and I am disappointed we got a mortgage with them. - added interest charged due to shoddy paperwork and no communication - make you feel like you don't belong as a customer - poor rates and poor customer service It's a major no from us
I feel like our company is stuck with this bank. We process a ton of capital through this institution and are always left holding the bag or dealing with delays. If we dont call back 4-6 times on the days we send a wire out, it WILL NOT get processed same day. Extremely inefficient in their processes. Someone help this bank!
