they punish you for not having a bank account with them
I’ve been calling the bank for three consecutive days and even visited the store to have my bank account fixed. In one of those calls, they didn’t close my account and mistakenly gave money I didn’t have to another person because they weren’t careful and didn’t read the name. They returned the money they gave away, but I’ve been trying to fix the other issue that was missing, and they keep telling me that my account was already on negative balance. Always treat great and have taken care of us!
Came here to cash my payroll check.. literally the only person in line in drive thru, and no one at the counter. Waited almost 10 min to see someone. Asked for the ink pad to do thumbprint. Then waited another 8 min while the girl checked her fb messages and ignored me with the droor open. Crazy, lol. Finally takes my check and wait another 11 min! What is going on here??
