Not a good bank. There are many better banks and I am disappointed we got a mortgage with them. - added interest charged due to shoddy paperwork and no communication - make you feel like you don't belong as a customer - poor rates and poor customer service - they charge customers to cash checks - they don't resolve overcharge matters or double check check withdrawals. It's a major no from us
Thank you to Hannah and her team for helping me with cashing a check and getting me set up with a bank account. Had trouble in the past with PayPal and Capital One, traded them in for a brick and mortar bank with people in it certified to be working in a bank and knowledgeable about their field. Looking forward to banking with y'all!
they punish you for not having a bank account with them
I’ve been calling the bank for three consecutive days and even visited the store to have my bank account fixed. In one of those calls, they didn’t close my account and mistakenly gave money I didn’t have to another person because they weren’t careful and didn’t read the name. They returned the money they gave away, but I’ve been trying to fix the other issue that was missing, and they keep telling me that my account was already on negative balance.
