This is the worst banking institution I have ever done business with. Beware of their practices. If they have done you wrong I encourage you to file a complaint with the Kansas banking commission. Message me for details!
Please use caution and shop around for your financial institution. My account was locked because of an account update (as far as I can tell) and even after hours on the phone, and 45 minutes sitting with the most condescending bank manager imaginable...I still have zero access to my accounts. (It’s now been 2 days.) No access to my money. No access to statements. There is ONE person in the company who is able to help me (or so I was told). One. And he does not keep usual business hours. Don't trust the banking app it's so slow. I try my best to keep track of my spending and somehow I still keep getting overdraft fees, which is ridiculous ($64). I like the bank so much better when it was First Federal, at least it was much faster.
