Everyone is so friendly and welcoming every time
Karen takes care of all my banking needs and is always super friendly and awesome and very fast at her job.
This bank is terrible. Closed my account. Weeks later they say you owe us money. They’ve been nothing but a problem. This branch was good several years ago and now every employee that works there has an attitude. Close accounts when you’ve been told to close them. No one at the Pea Ridge branch does anything except lie.
