The teller that’s old women and wears black glasses sitting behind a name of Micheal Van Marter is DISGUSTING RUDE. And slow. She takes over 10 min per person. No other tellers available… came to withdraw my money and close my account on my sons and mine joint account and she was nasty rude ever since I mentioned I wanted to withdraw the full balance and close the account. Today, I experienced something entirely new and memorable. I arrived at the bank early and was sitting in the parking lot, waiting for it to open at 9 a.m. A woman approached and gently knocked on my window, kindly asking who I was and why I was there. Her demeanor was warm and respectful, which immediately put me at ease. As it turns out, the bank has a strict policy to ensure the safety of its employees—they cannot enter the building if someone is waiting in the parking lot.
