It seems every time I come here, it’s unbelievably slow service…people ahead of me were just cashing checks and making deposits - and it took forever!! I might look for another bank.
This bank has really gone down hill ever since they switched to Equity Bank from Adams Dairy Bank. I highly recommend that you look for any bank other than Equity Bank
Most times it feels like the bankers and tellers don’t really care. They’ve screwed up on my accounts several times and just shrug it off like it’s no big deal. I’ve talked with other customers as well and they say the same thing. One of them sits and plays on her phone most times when I’m in there. Customer services is seriously lacking at this branch.
They were very helpful and knowledgeable. I've got my business and personal accounts here and love it
