Most times it feels like the bankers and tellers don’t really care. They’ve screwed up on my accounts several times and just shrug it off like it’s no big deal. I’ve talked with other customers as well and they say the same thing. One of them sits and plays on her phone most times when I’m in there. Customer services is seriously lacking at this branch.

My experience with Equity Bank was that they are professional and willing to take the time to help meet my needs. I had a complicated loan process with purchasing a van out of state and Brent made sure that we were meeting the legal and financial guidelines of the transaction. There were more hoops than usual, but he jumped through each one with a smile and took on the responsibility to "figure it out."
