Bought a car with a lien on it, from one of their customers. Original lien release never arrived despite my constant calls. Finally, I had them send me a copy which was approved by the tag office. I can't believe that they failed to send me the lien release by mail as they originally promised. I don't recommend this bank. They are untrustworthy. Will never do business with them or thru them.

I just love them, every one is so nice and kind. The facility is super clean and smells amazing! I just love it!
This is great bank. Really friendly stuff. Every time ago there they always helpful great customer service and appreciate everything they do for me.
Love banking here the staff is friendly the services are fast and my money personally feels protected. Equity bank is the way to go! So many awesome features that no other banks offer. 10/10 I definitely recommend.
