I almost exclusively see Brandy and she is fantastic! Professional, caring, diligent, and straight forward. Every single time I have a question about documents, forms, taxes, etc., she either has an answer that works or finds the answers I need. Wonderful service.

We were not pleased with this place and miss joe! We were in and out within 15 minutes for two people and just didn’t do anything the way joe did. Felt rushed to get in and get out as had to keep correcting things because of trying to go so fast. Fast forward to today, we filed April 3rd and still waiting.. called 3 weeks after to ask questions as the irs site kept saying none of my information matched.
