Horrible, horrible service. Total waste of money. Much better options out there. Had to call daily for over a week to try to speak with the person filing my appeal. Keith Houston was his name, he was very rude to me over the phone and knew nothing about my house, the night before my scheduled appeal. They spend no significant time actually representing your case, their business model is to hook suckers like me in with their mailer, and get enough quantity that they don't need to deliver quality. They are a complete waste of time and money, All they did was agree with the county tax assess and told me that they didn't know the value of my house was in line for the area until after they did their research. Instead of Equitax use your money for a professional appraisal and represent yourself.
