I originally came in with my Partner for their appointment, but the staff was so friendly and the environment so welcoming that I made an appointment for myself while I was there. The provider I met with, Nate, was very knowledgeable about trans healthcare and super easy to talk to. I felt very taken care of. Jen, who did my blood work, was very kind and actually got my vein on the first try which is usually quite difficult for people. The pharmacist, Austin, was fantastic to interact with. This pharmacy and medical clinic is amazing, wonderful, judgmental free, thorough and skilled medical team and pharmacy workers. Austin in the pharmacy is wonderful, they took time to look into coupons and discounts for my diabetes supplies and was able to knock $50 off for me!! It’s so helpful to have a pharmacist that cares. Highly recommend you use this pharmacy!!
The nurse practitioner that I saw was incredible. Very nice very knowledgeable very patient. Everyone else was bordering on disturbing. Many of them looked like they simply didn't want to be there. While in the waiting room I heard a pharmacist reaming a sales representative for addressing them with the wrong pronoun. While I completely understand it is very important to address people by the pronoun that they prefer it is also important to be aware of the fact that you are in front of the public.
