Mike is reallly the sole reason why we ended up getting the house we bought because he was on top of things and made sure we could get an offer in before it was too late.
I've worked with Greg Engelmann for over a decade. He recently helped us along our journey to buy a new home. For over a year, he took calls over the weekend and help us plan. When it was finally time to pull the trigger he help us a close a deal in 3 weeks, from offer to close. Fantastic level of service...Greg is always my first call for anything mortgage related.
I had an extremely disappointing and stressful experience with Equitable Mortgage. Despite their assurances, they failed to complete my mortgage process on time, which caused significant financial loss and immense personal stress during a crucial time for my family. Their lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism was unacceptable. When issues arose, neither took responsibility nor showed any urgency to resolve them. I would strongly advise against working with Equitable Mortgage.
I can’t imagine anybody having a better mortgage and banking experience. Rich is the best!
