Ordered two items totalling over $1,000 and never received an order confirmation. I had to email multiple times just to get an update. Communication was extremely poor, and when I followed up, they blamed us for not receiving their emails (which we never did). The responses were defensive and rude. Very disappointing experience.
Great customer service - assisted with me with changing my order to a more suitable product. Order one day and it was in the mail in the next day to Tassie! Highly recommend
I can't thank the Equissentials team enough for going above and beyond to get a vital piece of clothing to me ahead of a dressage competition. The time frame was short and, to be honest, it was a herculean effort to get the item to country NSW from overseas. If I could give 100 stars for the personalised customer service I received from Equissentials I would! Thankyou so much for being so wonderful. It's made my weekend possible!
Very helpful staff. It's not the largest shop but they've got a pretty good history of having what I went there for.
