I can't thank the Equissentials team enough for going above and beyond to get a vital piece of clothing to me ahead of a dressage competition. The time frame was short and, to be honest, it was a herculean effort to get the item to country NSW from overseas. If I could give 100 stars for the personalised customer service I received from Equissentials I would! Thankyou so much for being so wonderful. It's made my weekend possible!

For me, I had great service. I ordered some kit online which was despatched promptly. I did have some problems with the PayPal link, but that was sorted without issue and the follow-up phone call from them, o see if I was ok, was nice. Thank you 😊
