I ordered a treadstep jacket which was too small. They would not allow exchange for a larger size at the same price. When returned, it had to be in a box vs the bag it was sent in. They never acknowledged when it was received. Two emails were not answered. Fortunately, the Fed Ex tracking site stated when it was delivered. Ten days after it was received by Equishopper, I received an email that it was refunded, although it has not been posted on my card yet. This is unexceptable.
