As a trucker picking up , they have ramp and fast loading

Sales person was very nice, machine locked up a certain times, beginning of rental needed a code, end it relocks, but they didn't pick it up for days. He gave me a price, and didn't mention the pickup fee, it was already onsite from another contractor (who'd already paid the fee, or at least sales person should have mentioned.
