I was interviewed 5 times over a 3 month period. Taken out to dinner only to be lied to and passed over for someone 15 years younger than me. I don't think it's right to waste a candidates time, being given the run around or strung along just long enough to find a younger person that fit in the Equipmentshare neat box. Why would you waste someone's time over such a long period unless you intended to give them a false impression long enough to find someone else?
