They may have the equipment but no “concept” of customer service at all. Called for the advertised “discounted trays for clients” and was told they had no recollection of me buying from them despite a multiple thousand dollar piece of equipment, emails, and phone numbers. Can not reach a human. Would not deal again with this company.
