What a breath of fresh air is this program. The backing of our Victorian govt & Diabetes Australia teamed to assist us who struggle with weight gain, to learn useful information to assist permanent long lasting weight loss.
I am motivated by knowledge and understanding and we certainly got our fill during the sessions and with the comprehensive workbook. I have not experienced better anywhere. I urge everyone to take advantage of this free program conducted by qualified professionals with excellent communication skills.
I am more aware of squatting whenever I'm waiting around for my turn, kettle etc. I'm eating yoghurt with protein now. Exercising a lot more. Now follow on Instagram for further hints and advice.
I am now more aware of the foods I eat, changed to unsweetened Almond milk and reduced salet intake. I am very grateful for the knowledge and insight gained in the prgramme and would be keen to continue.
