Truthfully this place has one amazing staff no doubt on that. In December 9 I came to get help first stop was DSS unfortunately DSS had made calls but no room was available for my safety I was put in a regular shelter until I can get DV support when space comes available Past few months I have dealt with sexual, physical assault, stalking I came in explaining my police report I have show them clear texts showing my family and addresses were being tracked they had me wasting my whole day waiting for them the said they have ro... read more
If I could give 0 stars I would! Even the CEO let me back onto the streets with my dog and cat. They help who they want to help! They help who they want to help. They shouldn't get grant money from anyone! The place should be shut down! Knowing I have PTSD, anxiety, depression and a lot of people out in the area that can get to me they still didn't help me. And the hotel they put me in had roaches. But that's ok though! No it's not! The hotline is no help! They're rude and mean! It isn't right
Was great and today the woman on the hotline number who claims to be a supervisor should not be dealing with dv women AT ALL!! She has no compassion or people skills! She hung up on me! I got no food yesterday and I guess I won't today either. Keep having to pack with the not knowing with my two pets each morning! How is this helping? Just making it worse on me mentally
My first experience with this group was wonderful from 2022 to 2025, but in this year, things have taken a dramatic turn for the worst. I feel like a burden or enemy to these people. It is almost like they want to refuse me service but can't. I am really disappointed by how things are going.
