Called for a consultation, gave all info I was asked. Waited over a week for a response and had to call them again and they could not find my info! Very poor customer service, I told them never mind I’ll go elsewhere

Definitely would never recommend this agency. Very disappointed in lack of guidance given. And we paid $1500. initial retainer for a civil matter. We had one letter written, which had to be rewritten, as she had the original draft all wrong. She was the cause of the letter being wrong. She had the information screwed up. And we had a one hour telephone conversation. Amazingly, they charged $547. for that one letter and so called research. We decided not to retain them and are told that there is a balance of $90.
