Joe is a great therapist. He takes the time to understand your situation, give you information and allows the space you need to process and understand at your own pace. He always provides a thorough reflection and summary of your session, which I find valuable as I get caught up in my own head during sessions sometimes and forget exactly what was discussed, Highly recommend!
Joe has been instrumental in my healing journey from my separation, which caused a great deal of trauma and suffering. Joe helped me to realise that I needed to implement boundaries in my marriage and that the communication (or lack thereof) was the marriage's ultimate downfall. He has a passionate interest in helping people get through their times of crises and I've always walked away from each session feeling a renewed sense of hope.
I have had a wonderful time working closely with Joe and cannot speak highly enough of his support and wisdom. A holistic experience I recommend to all.
