Scheduled a massage for 90 minutes (Swedish). Got a call from them to cancel my appointment the day of with no other availability. My first time ever trying out this spa. Im very disappointed. Was looking for something twice a month and now ill go elsewhere.
I scheduled a manicure and pedicure here, because the nail salons nearby will take an appointment, but if there are other walk-ins, it wasn’t honored. So, I was hoping that paying a premium at a slightly upscale spa, would remedy that. We loved it! Went for a family trip and the ladies all went and we got massages, mani pedis and enjoyed every moment of it! Katie (hope I spelled your name right you were awesome!) took such great care of me and I felt so amazing and pampered!
