Our girls’ weekend wouldn’t have been complete without a stop here, and it did not disappoint! Two of us had massages, one had a facial, and I treated myself to a pedicure. The woman who did mine has been there for 15 years—she was absolutely wonderful, so kind, and did an amazing job. The whole spa had such a lovely, calming ambiance. Have been to Equani many times. It seems to be losing the magic that made it special. The last 3 times - the outdoor spa hasn't been operational. The cushions on the furniture are torn, just looks like it's not a place to enjoy. The indoor water features in the "relaxation" room are not functional, the snacks, hot teas have been replaced with only citrus water. The steam room wasn't on - had to request it. Scheduled a massage for 90 minutes (Swedish). Got a call from them to cancel my appointment the day of with no other availability. My first time ever trying out this spa. Im very disappointed. Was looking for something twice a month and now ill go elsewhere.
