We receive your complaint; communication is essential to us. We respectfully disagree with the borrower's position. At initial application the borrower input incorrect information on the source of funds and income. This placed us to deny the application due to FHA guidelines that we have to follow. The client did pay $500 for the appraisal, which is an upfront cost disclosed at the beginning of every application.
