Terrible attorney, DO NOT HIRE. Incompetent staff, once I hired him it took 3 months to serve my ex with divorce paperwork because his staff messed up paperwork multiple times submitting to the court. He does not return phone calls or emails, his staff is trained to take a “message” and nothing is ever arranged, so you have no idea what’s happening in your case and you can not contact with important information. Don’t hire this guy!!!!! This firm still owes me $4,500 it’s been over 2 months and they keep giving me the run around. I requested an itemized report of the work completed as I also requested my money be returned bc your services will no longer be needed. I received the itemized report from Rhonda which showed a total of $495 charge which I have no issues with. Total DISREGARD for my 90 year old mother. She is a client of David Foyil. She has given him thousands of dollars yet he repeatedly REFUSES to give her a copy of her OWN trust. The staff makes excuses instead of results. LOOK AT THE YELP REVIEWS !!!
