I scheduled a ride 3 days before my appointment just for the driver not to be available! They didn’t care to cancel the trip so I can rebook the ride elsewhere! These people are greedy and selfish! He also told me the name of this company was called public transportation when the people that booked it for me told me it was called access transportation! I don’t recommend anyone book a ride with or through them
