Been waiting for custom furniture for over 3 months when the wait time was 8-12 weeks. No ETA has been given and very little updates. Go elsewhere if you don’t want to wait.

I visited the EQ3 Polo Park store on October 18. During my visit, I used the washroom, which had a sign saying “No public access.” I thought this meant that it was available for customers but not the general public. After I came out, a tall male staff member rushed in and spoke to me in a very rude tone, saying, “Do you understand what no public access means?” It wasn’t the policy itself that bothered me, but the way it was communicated. ZERO STARS but of course that’s not an option. Thursday, Oct 9, approx 5:00pm My daughter and her friends were in this store browsing for items for their university apartment. All 4 girls are Indigenous. When they sat on a sofa to try it out, they were approached by an extreme rude salesperson who told them they aren’t allowed to sit on the furniture as its “display only”. Our new furniture from Eq3 is exquisite, and the assembly team were terrific! A shout-out to Tod and the warehouse delivery team for making our experience great.
