First we were sold a sectional (Palliser Seattle) where the spec sheet was inaccurate in its measurements. I was told continuously it would be fine but I was concerned so I pressed the issue. It wasn’t until the manager called Palliser and also measured the couch herself that she realized there’s no way the spec sheet was correct. I did not receive any compensation for the error unless you count being “allowed” to cancel a custom order. I canceled that and reordered a different couch. Just had a fantastic experience buying a new bed. EQ3 is a display store for Silk & Snow mattresses. Stopped in to test them out and got help from Mikaela, a super-friendly salesperson that provided the perfect level of customer service -- close at hand for questions but never felt like she was hovering or pressuring me to make a choice. Gave me plenty of time to test each mattress and was there to provide a quote when I had made my decision. Highly recommend dealing with Mikaela when you shop at EQ3.
