Our new furniture from Eq3 is exquisite, and the assembly team were terrific! A shout-out to Tod and the warehouse delivery team for making our experience great.
First we were sold a sectional (Palliser Seattle) where the spec sheet was inaccurate in its measurements. I was told continuously it would be fine but I was concerned so I pressed the issue. It wasn’t until the manager called Palliser and also measured the couch herself that she realized there’s no way the spec sheet was correct. I did not receive any compensation for the error unless you count being “allowed” to cancel a custom order. I canceled that and reordered a different couch.
