My sofa order was delayed for a month! Based on order confirmation turnaround time is only 7-13 weeks. Now it's on 17th week. Customer service always say production is done but I need to wait for 2-4 weeks! What the hell!!!!
Orders take forever. Quality Control is lacking (you may only get one of what you ordered). If an order arrives with a problem, do not expect an immediate answer from customer service, as they are flooded with customer inquiries, so they take 3 - 5 days to respond to your missing furniture inquiry. Best course of action is to ask for a full refund (they'll still ding you for shipping costs).
For my work I pick up at EQ3 ; Their emptied containers , and drop off loaded containers ! ! I don't shop here ! ! They do make my job very easy when I do visit EQ3 ! ? ! Emptied containers are picked up where they are easily located ! ? ! Loaded containers are dropped off at ; either easily accessed receiving doors to be unloaded ; or at , easily accessible drop off points to be moved later by shunting personnel ! ? !
Avoid EQ3 at all costs.
