I ordered a pendant light on June 15th, but it remained stuck in "Processing" for over a week without ever shipping. When I contacted customer service, they blamed internal staffing shortages. Because they could not provide a reliable shipment date, I ultimately had to cancel the order. Instead, I just ordered a similar product on Amazon, and it is already scheduled for delivery in 4 days. If you have a specific timeline for a home project, be aware that EQ3's backend fulfillment is highly unreliable.
