J'ai commandé un luminaire pour lequel j'ai dû payer des frais de livraison de 20$. Aucun avertissement de l'heure de livraison, l'article a finalement été rapporté au centre Fedex à 30min de mon domicile. Je dois donc me déplacer pour aller chercher l'item, vraiment très ordinaire comme fonctionnement.
Sectionnel commandé en novembre. Vers le mois de février, on m’informe que le tissu choisi n’est plus disponible pour le moment, et que si je tiens à ce tissu, la livraison risque d’aller en mai. Je décide donc de changer de tissu, et mon divan n’est livré qu’en mai de toute façon… . Livreurs gentils, mais ils ne savent pas du tout comment installer mon meuble. Rude employees. Does not stand behind the quality of their products. Sold me something with a defect that I cannot use and had to interact with an extremely rude woman at the counter. Do not buy from here. Zero customer service.
