I love the sofa I purchased, but the customer service has been terrible. They sold me coverage with the sofa without providing a brochure or detailed information. Now that I actually need support, EQ3 offers no help at all — they just gave me a direct number for the insurance company, which feels like a total scam. Très déçu de la communication en anglais avec un nouvelle cie de transport. Nous avions spécifié une livraison à l'intérieur de la maison et ce n'était pas écrit tel quel. Il fallait débourser 150$ de plus. La gérante devait nous appeler pour régler le tout mais hélas pas de retour. Est ce que je retourner chez EQ3? NON
After sale customer service is very poor. I’ve been dealing with a faulty bed for 4 months now. They said they would replace it and install a new bed. The installation wasn’t done, there is a missing piece and now I have to sleep on the floor.
N'hésitez pas à déposer une plainte à l'office de la protection du consommateur. Les prix affichés ne sont pas les montants qu'ils vont vous charger. Et sans aucune gêne, ils ne vous feront pas un geste commerciale comme prévu par l'OPC. De plus le service est lent et le personnel ne semble pas maîtriser leur équipement informatique.
