I recently filed my taxes with them. Daniela helped me and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service I received. From the moment I contacted them, the team was incredibly professional and responsive, addressing all my questions and concerns with clarity and patience.
Not bad for taxes. Communication is horrid and nobody knows what’s going on. They act like they do, but they don’t. They prioritize “keeping clients” over quality and trust. Not for nothing but there always seems to be some kind of excuse for why they can’t help me. They should hire more staff instead of putting me down. It causes me more stress. Not good for business solutions if you’re looking for clarity. They could do a lot better if they were more “real” with clients.
EQTax team is fantastic! It has been a great experience to get detailed orientation on how to prepare our small business annual income taxes and quarter NJ Sales and Use taxes for the very first year of operation. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, and are super kind and patient to walk us through every single line of the filling. 100% recommend to anyone who is looking for a team of experts to manage your personal and/ or business state obligations.
