I am 74 years old and I have tried every diet under the sun. I even went to Dr. Atkins himself in Manhattan many years ago. When I went to EQ balance I was the biggest skeptic in the WORLD. Nothing had ever worked for me (and I work hard in everything I do) but decided might as well exhaust this option too, I felt out of control in my own body. And in this place? I got my power back when I saw that scale start to change. I was in shock. So Listen, give it a shot ok? You lose nothing and if you do, its probably that weight!

I do highly recommend Jim Hines and EQ Balance HHI to anyone in need of losing weight and regaining a healthier body whether your weight gain is a result of bad eating habits, decreased mobility or just plain aging. Jim makes this process so simple. I had text ook results because it was so easy to manage.im starting round 2... Because the results were consistent and the support was top tier.lighyrst I e been in 15 years and closest to my goal in ever! I talked to Jim a year before I actually started. He was informative and helpful, even before I started; and ongoing even after the end of my first round. Cannot say enough good things about this experience and the results.

Jim is wonderful! He takes the time to listen to what your goals are and really seems to care about you reaching them in a healthy manner. He's available to communicate with you 7 days a week when you have questions...or in my case, just need to vent in a long email! I feel so much healthier now that I have gone through his program and plan to return to see Jim if I need to refresh my eating patterns in the future. I'm very glad that I found him and it was money well spent!
