I was referred to Mark through my EAP program. He failed to take any meaningful action in 1 year of being his client. He has also failed to provide bills and return my retainer. I reported him to the bar, my EAP program, and will be taking him to small claims court should the retainer not be returned.
I emailed for a quote on changing q protection order he wanted only 8000 for it what a deal on something I can do in 30 mins on my own. Such a great deal it was 3000 more than going after full custody of my daughter at Fleetwood family law firm
Poorly run office, lacking accountability! Support staff is disengaged, do not follow up with clients or keep them informed! Don’t even let client know when a court date has been canceled! Vague about what to expect Overall, a risky firm to put my faith and trust in for a positive outcome!
Very unprofessional and a bad law firm. "DO NOT HIRE". Spoke with Mark the owner who requested the retainer and assigned my file to one of the lawyers. It was very hard to deal with this lawyer and I cc'd Mark (owner) on the correspondence for a response, the lawyer left the law firm and no one contacted me from the firm.
