I saw Iris for only 2 sessions due to my plans of going to Greece for the Summer. She is an amazing nutritionist! She helped me to find new ways to help my self with my weight. In addition to a healthier diet She suggested that I take several different vitamins to boost my metabolism. It is working,although slowly, and I started to see the benefits.
